Privacy Policy
Effective July 13, 2026
Plain version: PayDirt uses the information needed to run your searches and workspace. Optional anonymous measurement remains off unless you allow it.
Information you provide
We may process account details, saved searches, lead notes, support messages, and billing identifiers. Stripe handles card information; PayDirt does not receive full card numbers.
Public-record data
Lead records originate from public government and civic sources. We retain source and freshness information so results can be verified. Public data is not consent to contact someone.
Optional measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement,” PayDirt records allowlisted events such as page view, search success, workspace open, and checkout start. We do not include search text, lead details, phone numbers, or email addresses in those events.
Cookie and storage inventory
- pd_measurement: remembers your optional measurement choice.
- pd_member: remembers a founding-member unlock on your browser.
- pd_attribution: keeps campaign labels for the current browser session.
- pd_digs: counts free searches for the current session.
Sharing and retention
Service providers such as Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Firecrawl, and configured data providers process information only to operate PayDirt. We do not sell customer account data. Retention is limited to operational, legal, security, and billing needs.
Your choices
You may decline optional measurement, clear local browser storage, or request account data access or deletion by contacting woodwardsoftware@gmail.com.
