Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

The service

PayDirt organizes publicly available government and civic records and, when selected, public information from official business websites and permitted public web sources. PayDirt does not access private groups, login-only pages, or blocked social-marketplace content. Coverage, freshness, and completeness vary by jurisdiction and publisher.

No guaranteed outcome

PayDirt provides research and workflow tools, not guaranteed lead volume, contact availability, phone numbers, email addresses, sales, or revenue. Scores prioritize evidence; they are not predicted close rates.

Your compliance

You are responsible for lawful use, including TCPA, the federal Do-Not-Call registry, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing law, privacy law, licensing rules, and source-specific restrictions. Public data is not consent.

Accounts and subscriptions

Keep credentials secure. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. Unless required by law, partial billing periods are not refunded. Published plan limits and feature availability may change prospectively.

Acceptable use

Do not use PayDirt to harass, discriminate, misrepresent identity, evade contact preferences, unlawfully profile sensitive traits, or resell data in violation of applicable data-broker law.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. Public publishers may change or remove feeds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodward Software LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of PayDirt.
